About Jo: 
Jo Farmer is an independent evaluator and advocate working in the mental health and trauma sectors. As well as delivering evaluations directly, she is passionate about supporting organisations to develop robust evaluation and monitoring systems with people with lived experience at the centre. She has her own lived experience of mental ill-health, trauma and suicidality. In addition to her evaluation practice, Jo is undertaking a PhD at the University of Melbourne focused on involving young people with experiences of trauma in research.
